Last weekend, I went on a trip to a different city with my friends. We decided to visit Edinburgh, the capital of Scotland. We took a train from London and arrived in Edinburgh in the afternoon. The city was beautiful with its old buildings and narrow streets. We visited the famous Edinburgh Castle and walked around the Royal Mile. We also went to the National Museum of Scotland and learned about the country’s history and culture. In the evening, we went to a traditional Scottish pub and tried haggis, a local dish made of sheep’s heart, liver, and lungs. The next day, we went on a hike to Arthur’s Seat, a hill with a stunning view of the city. We also visited the Scottish Parliament and the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Overall, it was a great trip and I would love to visit Edinburgh again.

Last month, I had the opportunity to go on a trip to a different city with my family. We decided to visit Paris, the capital of France. We took a flight from London and arrived in Paris in the morning. The city was breathtaking with its iconic landmarks and charming streets. We visited the Eiffel Tower and went up to the top to see the panoramic view of the city. We also went to the Louvre Museum and saw the famous painting of Mona Lisa. In the evening, we went to a French restaurant and tried escargots, a local dish made of snails. The next day, we went on a boat tour along the Seine River and saw the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Palace of Versailles. We also visited the Champs-Élysées and went shopping at the Galeries Lafayette. On the third day, we went to Disneyland Paris and had a fun time riding roller coasters and meeting Disney characters. In the evening, we went to a cabaret show at the Moulin Rouge and saw the famous can-can dance. On the last day, we went to the Palace of Fontainebleau and saw the beautiful gardens and fountains. Overall, it was an amazing trip and I would love to visit Paris again.
