But the highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the mountain region of Kazbegi, which is located in the north of Georgia. I took a jeep tour to reach the Gergeti Trinity Church, which is perched on a hilltop at an altitude of 2,170 meters. The journey was bumpy and adventurous, but the views were worth it. From the church, I could see the majestic Mount Kazbek, which is the third highest peak in Georgia and a popular destination for hikers and climbers.
